Hi Public Mobile Support Team,
I purchased the 29$ plan few weeks back it was 10G, now the boxing week deal became 20G, can you help me to adjust the plan? I saw this type of plan available almost every mobile operator and some has a plan even better.
As I paid the plan and not activate it yet, so I still want to stay with public mobile and dont want to lost the prepaid amount and credits. Can you please help to change it from 10G to 20G with the same monthly 29$ deal? Then I can activate right away.

The won't email you. They reply here.
If it's already been a week, they've already closed it after 48 hours and will need to create another ticket.

I did activated the plan on Dec 31 through a new email address: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, but there is an issue with the referral code/link, so the reference credit was not applied. I submitted few tickets through xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and didnt get any responses. It has been a week no responding which is not normal. Is there anything wrong with xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx account?

Reach out to a CS Agent to see if they can change it for you. Just note it may take a few days for them to get back to you as it's boxing week.
