I'm a new public mobile user, I have subscribed today to public mobile. I used the referral link to start my subscription, also before I checked out I specifically added the referral code ****** As per the referral policy I was supposed to receive $10. But after logging in to my account, I don't see anywhere that the referral code was successful. How to check if the referral code was logged in successfully? Moreover, my referer also can't see my profile under her referrals. Please help.

If you subscribed on Friday, your friend will be notified by the “cha-Ching” text message at 2:05 pm eastern time (usually the next day), and as others have commented, your credit will be seen within 72 hours. Welcome to the club!

Nope, my friend didn't receive any text as of yet. That's why we became skeptical. Should we wait or contact a cs_agent?

Your friend should have gotten a text indicating “Cha-ching!, You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Reward account.”

First of all, just a heads up, it is against PM rules to post a referral code on this Community. Click on V in circle and edit out.
Second, your $10 credit will be added into your account within 72 hours to apply to your next month's bill.
Contact a CS_Agent if it is not in your account after 72 hours.

@Z_H , it could take a couple of days for the $10 credit to show up in the account.
