Referral Credit update

I'm a new client and activated my subscription on Nov 08, 2025.
During the activation process, I entered the referral code I received from my friend.
I am wondering when I will see the referral credit in my account.

Hello

It takes up to 72 hours to see this on your account. When you log into your account, it opens to the overview page. You will see on your right hand side, available credits. It will show there. If you don't see it after 72 hours, contact a csa.

Contact pm by creating a ticket using the chatbot or direct message for further assistance with the next steps. Their reply will be HERE in your mailbox.

The $10 credit should show up within 72 hours of joining.

Do you see any money in a tab called Available Funds? You will see the funds there. This will be used the reduce your next month's payment.
