So purchased 8 plus.it arrived and would not power up.  charged it and hooked it to itunes and it would not update and suggested service.  Sent back for refund and it has arrived back at my house with note on envelop saying phone wasn't powered on. i...

This keeps coming up when I tri and submit Ticket.  And original moms have gone missing.    

How long usually does it take for Public Mobile to get back to you and refund money for a phone purchase? Phone was delivered and non operational when opened so returned immediately.
