How long usually does it take for Public Mobile to get back to you and refund money for a phone purchase?

 

Phone was delivered and non operational when opened so returned immediately.

Just give the CSA the other info I listed in the body of my post.

  1. Order#.
  2. Shipping address.
  3. Email

That should suffice.

You don't need to have a Self-Serve My Account to open this ticket.  You already have everything, a Community Account is al.  you need

 

Also, you direct message with PM Support, monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right,CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

Try not to just guess....

Contact customer support with your order #, email, the shipping address that your device was shipped to and request a refund and a return prepaid shipping envelope to return the phone. It should arrive in 5 business days and if returned promptly pm aims to refund your card within 3 business days of receiving the returned device.   

 

Make sure you leave a detailed message of the devices issues so you also have a record of the faulty device's issues.....even with a hassle free 30 day return policy it never hurts to be prepared.

I don't have personal experience with this, but would expect that it should take no more than a few days. If it's been more than a week since they received the phone back, you may wish to send a private message to CS_Agent with your order details so they can refund you right away.
