hi @RedDeer
the state of work?
what phone do you have?
it might be a VoLTE problem. try to connect to T-Mobile network and change network mode to 3G
if that does not work, you'll have to download VoIP app like Textnow and use the app to make call using data as a workaround

If your phone isnt on th PM whitelist you might have to download a VOIP app like textnow and select a phone #, then you can use this to make phone calls. Or use whatsapp to make calls (other person has to have whatsapp).

I recently purchased the 36.00 plan. We arrived on November 6. It is now November 12 and I have not been able to receive or make calls.

@RedDeer If that fails then ask support to refresh your account and inveterate the issue
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .
send a private message To CS_Agent

Change now. Rebooted.

when you changed plans did you opt for Change Now or At Next Renewal ? If you selected At Next Renewal, your change won't take affect until next regular renewal date. (You can now Change Now, but you pay now and forfeit any balance in current renewal)

hi @RedDeer
did you try reboot the phone? tried Reset all Networks? tried sim card in another phone?
and you login My Account and confirm your account is active and changed to the new plan?
