Hi.
Back in October I received an email from Public about buying a preowned phone from Public will get $5 off from plan billing for 6 months. Offer will be expired on Oct 26th. I bought a phone according to the instructions in the email on Oct 23rd. Today is December 13th. I still haven't see the $5 reduction in my bill. I just got my auto pay account charged today.
Appreciate your advice.

If your purchase satisfied all offer's condition then you should see credit on your account.
If you do not see it yet, contact agent for an explanation.

You should probably get a Customer Support Agent to look into your account and that promotion of yours.
Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
