Back in October I received an email from Public about buying a preowned phone from Public will get $5 off from plan billing for 6 months. Offer will be expired on Oct 26th. I bought a phone according to the instructions in the email on Oct 23rd. Today is December 13th. I still haven't see the $5 reduction in my bill. I just got my auto pay account charged today.

If you do not see it yet, contact agent for an explanation.
