Hi I’ve been with PM since Nov 2023. It looks like prior to Sept 2025, I was getting +1.70 every month but now I’m getting +0.68 points. Does anyone know why this change happened?

alot has changed since 2023. Public Mobile figured too many customers were getting too many Points accumulated so they had a bean-counter look to make some "efficiencies". Here's some reading on how your new Reward points are determined.

Yes, percentage of earning points, receiving bonuses, etc. has been lowered since a while ago.

Was the plan different before price wise. Contact CS agents to look at it further.
