What's going on with the internet connection? Every day the Internet is working worse and worse, a very good signal and a 5G+ icon, but nothing is downloading or downloading very slowly. It doesn't suit me at all

Yes, of course I tried to restart the connection, but it didn't help. IPhone 15 pro max, iOS 17.6.1

did you try Reset All Network on the phone? and is it on a specific location or everywhere?
and what kind of phone do you have? iOS or Android?

You can try to go into network settings and reset your networks and then reboot. Then use a speedtest app to see what speeds your getting.
Please note, Public Mobile does not offer 5G+ services. It may say 5G+ but it's not.

what phone do you have? did you also try 4G or LTE? If you have a 5G plan, your speed on 4G or LTE would be as good as you are on the 5G network

also try phone set to 4G/LTE I didn’t think PM had 5G+ just regular 5G but test em all in different areas
