I am originally a Public Mobile user, and a friend used my referral code to open an account in April. My friend received the $10 credit on April 9, but I still haven’t received any referral points.
Does it normally take some time, or is my reward missing? If it seems to be missing, how can I resolve this issue?

Your May renewal will likely reflect the friend referal...in your Rewards, you'll see 1 Rewards point for every 30 days that friend maintains an active account in good standing.

You will see it on the statement date following the one after April 9th. If you feel you haven't received it, create a ticket for assistance.
