Missing reward points

I have five active referrals, but lately, I don't see any earned rewards in in my account. Can you check and see why they are not being credited. Thanks.

It could be the case that they are no longer members of PM. If they ported out then you will no longer receive reward points for them.

you didn't earn any rewards at all? not friend referrals or the 2% from spending?

it might be just app or browser cache.  Best to check again using browser with Incognito mode.

if you really don't see any reward points added, ask PM to check 

   Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

You have to log into your account, then click on My Rewards on the left panel.

Then, Visit My Rewards

Then the next page, click on Activity and you'll see them there.

If they truly are missing, create a ticket to find out what's happened.
