No cellular service

Anyone else in the Trail BC area have no cellular service?  I can not make or receive calls.

esim doesn't usually go bad unless someone fiddles with it. Look in settings to make sure your Public Mobile esim is set as the primary active.

if you want, you can use the app to log in to your Public Mobile acct and buy a new esim...it'll likely be a free purchase if old esim is at least 15 days old.

Thanks. Text only works if I’m on Wifi and the account is active and hasn’t been suspended.  I think it may be an eSIM problem.

I'm in C'gar...all is working well. Does text/data work ? If not, log in to your account to see if its active or maybe been suspended due to failed autopay renewal.

Your iPhone 13 should be good for calling and receiving calls on VoLTE.

There could be an outage in your area:

If no outages, try resetting the Network settings on your iPhone and see if that helps.
