If you're trying to reactivate a deactivated account, you need to start the whole account over with a new esim and new email address and a new number. Download the app to your cell and activate the new account and buy a new esim.
How long ago was you account working ? If it's only been a few days / weeks...let me know when it was last working and can give you more guidance.
