Dropped calls

I have a Google pixel 5 and checked IMEI to see if compatible on PM network and it is.  When I am in the city everything works great.  When I am at the cottage dropped calls or no connection to make calls.  Someone said I should connect with volte how do I do that and if I do does it automatically then revert back to 5G when in the city??

Otherwise I think I will have to change providers as I found out PM does not have WiFi calling.

Thanks I will look into this with Koodo as I do need something for out cottage way

Hello @DebW 

Try turning the phone's Airplane mode on and turn off your phone for 5 minutes. Then turn it back on and turn Airplane mode off. This will reset your connection to the Public Mobile network.

On a side note, if WiFi calling is something you'd prefer, Public Mobile has created offers to join their sister company Koodo. You should look into it.

You can start with Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings 

If you don't see improvement, try changing network mode to 4G or LTE
