Hey everyone,
I’m trying to get in touch with a customer service agent through the live chat feature on the portal, but every single time I initiate the session, the system automatically disconnects me before I can even type out my issue or get a response.
It completely closes the session out of nowhere and forces me to restart from the beginning, which is incredibly frustrating when you have an urgent billing matter to resolve.
Is anyone else experiencing this bug with the chat platform today? If anyone knows a workaround to keep the chat active, or a direct way to bypass this system glitch so I can actually reach a live human agent without getting booted, please let me know.

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
