Billing Issue and Login Verification Problem

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding two issues with my account.

1. Billing and Available Funds
I am currently subscribed to the $40 60GB plan with a 50% discount for 24 months, so I should be paying $20 per month.

However, my recent automatic payment seems to have failed, and I had to manually make a payment through the website. During that process, I was charged the full $40 instead of the discounted $20.

I noticed that $20 has been added to my Available Funds.
Could you please confirm:

Will this $20 be automatically applied to my next billing cycle on April 24?

Or do I need to take any action to ensure it is used correctly?

2. Login Verification Issue

I am currently unable to receive verification codes when trying to log in.

It seems that my account may have an incorrect phone number set for verification.
Could this please be checked and corrected so I can receive verification codes properly?

for the login issue, since you can login, you can update the phone number yourself.  Just go to Profile > Managed EverSafe ID and update the phone number there.  Or use the direct link: 
https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/changephone

For the billing, you have a 50% discount, but the original plan value is still $40. PM will add a $20 bill credit to your account ever month and will then charge your card $20 + tax.  PM will deposit the $20 credit every billing cycle.  This is how billing for your plan with a 50% discount will work
