If you have a physical SIM card put it in the new phone.
If you need have eSIM, download the Public Mobile app to your new phone, go to the Account section, click purchase physical SIM card, purchase eSIM. This is how you keep your existing phone number.
It's $5 or free of you previously had eSIM and have met the qualifications for replacement.
