@RonSai  You could switch to the $39 for 50GB plan which should be visible in the change subscription section of your account.  That one's 4G, there's also $40 for 60GB 5G unlimited, and both would work out equivalent to less with points per month.  You wouldn't be saving as much but you'd be better off by $10.  Just select change on renewal rather than change immediately or you'll waste the rest of your current plan.

I was looking for the same thing-- as an existing customer hoping to get the $34 per month plan for 50 GB data at 5G speed but that wasn't available to me.  I clicked on Subscriptions to see what I currently have, then clicked on Change Subscription to see what was offered.  I was offered, among other things, a $39.00 per month plan for 60GB data at 5G speed.  I selected to have this happen on next renewal so that I wouldn't be charged anything now.  And I don't beleive I will loose loyalty points so it might work out to the same charge per month as if I created a new account to be able to access the deal that's only available to new activations.

(Althought it is still annoying to me that that "best" deals are to new customers only and not to existing customers --- or at least not readily advertised... I had to find it in a post to Community.  Or else have to constantly click around to see what's being offered.)

When I messaged a CS Agent re a plan switch that didn't appear to have gone thru, she said she could do it for me, but only to take immediate effect, not on the renewal date.  That wouldn't work for me, but  if it does for you click on the link Cheetah provided below.

@RonSai  I feel your pain I wanted the 50GB for $34 but it only for new activations . So instead I just created a new account with new email to get it

Why can't you switch on your own? Just have to sign into your account and click Subscription, on change subscription and change on Renewal

If you are referring to the plans that says for new activations and it won't let you , then it's because the account doesn't qualify.

But here is the link to submit your message to ask for assistance.  There will be no need to go, all companies offer pretty much the same thing at the end of the day. Plus you are getting points each month to use to lower your bill.

Public is self serve. You need to manage your own account. Why are you not able to make this change yourself?

What problem are you encountering?

@RonSai: You can contact the service agent via https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437. The plans you can change to can be accessed via your account; however not all new plans are available for existing customers.
