The above isn't correct. Activations cannot be done through the website.

You can do it all online!
Download the app and get started all online, you can choose if you want an esim, or if you want a physical sim you can get it ordered or pick one up from a store.

With PM everything is on-line.
You need PM app, sim or esim, open an account, pick a plan, pay, activate sim and you are ready to go.

@SLM1 You need to download the app and pick up sim from telus /koodo store or order from amazon $4.99 . And activate in the PM app if your phone supports eSIM you can activate right away on the app . And after you make payment you can pick new phone number or transfer one over from old Provider . By leaving old account active with old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port . Been years since we could activate in stores like Walmart everything’s in the PM app now to activate but you can still manage your account in the website after activation . And don’t forget to ask a friend for referral code to save you one time $10 credit
