Hello!
I am having an issue trying to change my subscription on the renewal date.
Every time it tells me to try with a different payment method even though I tried it with 3 different credit cards.
The renewal date is approaching and I don't know if I should try the "change now option" or give up and go to a different provider, because I know if it renews that won't give me back the money for this subscription that I don't want. Had anyone experienced this?

Oh, you cannot schedule payment if it is due today. Did your subscription renewed today (early morning)?

@Juan3434 , if you try too many times to use a payment card unsuccessfully the card can get locked out. I have found that location permission has a role in adding a payment card. If you are using a browser, give location permission to the Public Mobile site. If you are using the app, give the app location permission.

so, the 'old' plan still active and renewal date just coming?
if you use Change on Renewal, it won't ask you to pay and you shoudn't get payment error.
Try again using the app
or ask support agent to schedule the plan change for you
