I ordered a phone on line -
UPS says they delivered it - I didn't get it -
now someone has my phone and - now what? who do I call ? this strip bot on here is of no help
and no phone numbers or customer support...
maybe I am out $200 -
Can anyone suggest anything... other than give up?

That means nothing. I have had UPS drivers sign for “my” parcels.

I never thought of that. Good idea - but really - I didn't get my product - I should not have to pay -

Also if they cannot resolve the issue, see if the credit card you ordered the phone on has some form of insurance covering your purchase.

Sorry to hear about that. Yeah I would contact both PM & UPS if that ever happened to me. Consider a smart doorbell if you are a house owner. They can usually detect people & start recording once a person is detected in your property. Only downside is you usually have to pay a subscription fee for that service.

@Mlarkin826 things like this happen and could be UPS fraud or porch pirate
open a ticket with PM and they will open ticket with UPS for investigation but it won't be fast

Ask UPS to provide you a proof the delivered. It might be tough to get it as 'picture' or parcel on the floor mean nothing to me. Driver could take a picture and take parcel afterwards. Unless you have some 'neighbour spying camera' on your door to prove nobody ever came...
