Yes this is very important. Many customers keep attempting to activate multiple times and every time they do so the card gets charged and you have a headache you have to deal with, so just try once and check your statement, as well as your self serve

@khartley before you try to activate, make sure PM has not charged you money yet
If not, you can try again. But are you trying tonport your number? did you use IMEI # on your first attempt? Please use account number instead of IMEI when you fill in porting info

@khartley hi are you trying to activate an account?
if you did not pass the payment section yet, then close out of the activation pages, and clear your browser's cache/cookies. Or, even better to just open a tab in incognito mode then try the activation again.
If you got past the payment section of the activation pages, try the SIM into the phone and reboot the phone. Do you have any services?
