I paid for a US/Canada plan for $50 a month and I am not getting that service. Contact me now

The phone needed to be hard set to 4G instead of automatic connection to 5G

They WON'T contact you.   You need to contact them if the options provided here by other customers (just like you) didn't work.

Here's how:

To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.

The one thing that nobody has mentioned yet is we are all customers like you. Public Mobile does not monitor these forums at all.  I won't add anything else as the guys below have got this. Good luck.

wer eyou able to connect to T-Mobile or AT&T?  Try manual connect to both and check

Also, make sure your turn on Roaming Mobile data and change the network mode to 4G

Critical part to US roaming depends on T-Mobile/AT&T coverage and whether you can connect successfully onto either network.

If the phone is not connecting to T-Mobile/AT&T, change the Network Connection from Automatic to Manual and select and test both T-Mobile and AT&T and see which one you can connect.

If your issue is with data, make sure your Roaming Mobile data is enabled and you have disabled your mobile data limiter.  Also change your network mode to 4G (and don't try 5G until you can connect and works on 4G)

If your issue is with voice, make sure VoLTE is enabled on the device setting.  And if it does not work, try to change the Network to T-Mobile ONLY, and change  Preferred Network Type or Network Mode to 2G and see if the calls go through.
Also, you can download VoIP app TextNow as a workaround to make calls and text if you have Wifi or if your roaming has data component and data  is working

@RoxyAccount  Are you in the US now ? Make sure your connected to T mobile or AT&T and that you have data roaming turned on in phone settings . And set phone to 4G/LTE . If you trouble with voice try and out the phone to 2G
