Transfer subscription

I would like to transfer my paid subscription to my physical sim. My current phone is not e sim compatible and i already paid for the subscription. I have a physical sim now, I need help transfer the service.

If you have the app on your phone, you can go to Account>Change your Sim Card>Enter your 19 Digit Sim Card>Click Change Sim Card

More details would be helpful.  

Are you a new customer who just activated an eSIM, but your phone is not compatible?  Now are you trying to switch to physical SIM card?

Or are you an existing customer with an eSIM phone?  Now want to switch to physical SIM card?

@joshi1  If your able to log into your account just go to profile and sim swap the number . If you can’t log into get support to sim swap the number for you

@joshi1  Log into your self-serve account and go onto your Profile tab and there you can update the associated SIM card.

if you’re unable to receive a two factor authentication code, tap “didn’t get the code?” and have it sent to the associated email for the account
