@flashyashy Have you tried the usual, airplane mode on for a few minutes then off again, reset network settings, restart the phone, checked the Telus outage map for your area?

It's been almost an hour they don't respond. I can't make outgoing calls or incoming.
I can get text messages. Maybe have to port to Freedom Mobile. They have eSIM so it's possible to get this port done.
I had enough playing these ghosting games with Public Mobile.

@Handy1 It's interesting how they respond within minutes to ask for PIN but then beyond that they take 24hrs to reply.

@flashyashy Customer support is not instant, so you need to give it a bit longer. I wouldn't keep sending more messages at this point in case it adds to the delay. If you can tell us here what the issue is perhaps someone can advise but don't include any personal information as it's not private.

@flashyashy usually they reply in 1-2 hours sometimes longer but after
submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box

@Phil_Adelphus They only responded once asking for my PIN. Since I gave them my PIN since been 30 minutes no response.
Initially they reply fast but then after they don't hurry to respond. I'm concerned they are doing it maliciously for some reason.
I sent additional messages asking to please respond they don't respond.

@flashyashy How long is it since you initiated contact, did you open a ticket or send a private message?
