Upgraded because I used all my data

Onondaga
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Upgraded because I used all my data. So I upgraded from 50 gb to 100gb plan. But it still says I have used all my data and has not shown that I have the 100 gb plan. Even though I already paid for it. And I can’t get a hold of a customer service agent.

@Onondaga  could be cache issue. Clear cache and sign in incognito/ secret mode. If using the app, swipe down from the top of the screen a few times to refresh data. Should fix it.

The orange bubble in your screen can be used to contact customer service.

@Onondaga try restarting your phone, that might get it working. For customer support, it can take 1 - 2 hours generally to hear back from them depending on how busy it has been. Keep an eye out on your community inbox (top right corner, icon of an envelope) for their response

@Onondaga  Have you tried logging in via the website if you're using the app, or vice versa?  Sometimes it can be a caching issue so you can also try a browser in private mode.  See if that helps and then let us know.  You can open a ticket  with customer service via the chat icon bottom right of this page.  If the chatbot isn't helpful in opening a ticket then private message support using t his link
