Hello! My 14 year old racked up $1200 of extra data by simply relying “yes” when public mobile would send him a text asking if he wanted to get more data. Obviously they send it to his phone number not mine. Is there a way I can prevent this from happening? Like have public mobile NOT send him texts to add more data? Email is mine and credit card is mine. Thank you

I recall You can reply with STOP to the text on his phone.
Or you can contact a CS_Agent not to send anymore text.

@Kagale5131 I would remove the CC from the account. You need to ask customer service to do it from his account. Minor inconvenience of needing to manually add funds. Put the onus on him to remind you that subscription renewal is coming up. As for whether or not you can opt out of those SMS's, contact customer service from his account, asking if it is possible to not get the offers sent.
