HI I AM AN EXISTING PUBLIC MOBILE CUSTOMER. HOW CAN I ADD MY PHONE NUMBER TO THE ONLINE ACCOUNT.

@Shakrpie , it sounds like you might be trying to reactivate and hold account from 2019. Is this correct? 

 

Hi Jennifer, if the 2019 account was activated and has not been used, this old SIM card will be useless to you as public mobile does not reuse SIM cards. 

 

 

 

@Shakrpie  So you've been  using Public Mobile without an online account, maybe it was set up by a store before that option changed?  Maybe best to contact customer service, send them a private message  using this link

ALREADY SIGNED IN AND LOGGED IN WITH THE ACCOUNT. I CANNOT TOP UP WITH THE VOUCHER. I TRIED USING AN OLDER VOUCHER PREVIOUSLY THATS WHY ITS LOCKED I THINK. NOW I NEED HELP TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT.

I JUST CREATED AN ACCOUNT IN SELF SERVE. BUT I USE PUBLIC MOBILE FROM 2019. I WANT TO ADD MY PHONE NUMBER TO MY ACCOUNT BUT WHENEVER I LOGIN THERE IS NO OPTION TO ADD EXISTING NUBMER. IT SAYS TO PURCHASE A NUMBER.

@Shakrpie  If you're asking if you can have a second phone number on your account, the answer is no, you can only have one phone number per account.  You'd need to set up a second account with a different phone number using a different email address

You need to link your account to this Community account. Click on Sign Up if you haven’t done it yet.

If you are adding another line to the same account…you can’t. You need to download the PM app on the other phone and activate a new SIM and create a new account with a different email address because you can only have 1 account/1 email.

@Shakrpie  not sure I understand the ?.  Are you looking to change phone numbers?  Kindly elaborate so the forum can help you further.
