Not able to sign up for $29 - 20 GB US / Cad / Mex

I am on 34$ 50 GB CAD / US plan currently but do not use 50GB. Can someone please help me transfer to lower budget plan as I that is more useful for me depending on how much data i use. Thanks in advance

I don't believe there is a $29 CAN-US-MEX plan with 20GB of data. It's either $29 10GB CAN-US-MEX or $30 20GB CAN-US only.

Public Mobile is a do-it-yourself cell provider. Right now, you can log in to your account either on a laptop or on the app..from there you can look at plans that are available to you as not everyone has same options. If you find a plan that's attractive, you have the choice to Change Immediately OR Change on Renewal...I suggest the latter.

@zeusnmn If unsuccessful, you should see a $30 US-Can plan 20GB at 4G in your app.

@zeusnmn You can only sign up for plans you see in the app on your account. PM has made it very hard to change down to a cheaper plan. Afraid you are out of luck.
