Did you have service before this incident? For how long?
Is your account in good standing - Active? Can you try SIM in another phone?

HI @Yami , and there is no error message like "No SIM", "SIM not provisioned"?
Did you login to My Account and confirm if the account status is Active? Confirm if it is renewal day today or yesterday, confirm if Autopay triggered successfully.
If account is active, try to first reseat the SIM card (power down the phone, take sim out for a minute and then put it back and power up)
If still fails and if you have another phone around, try to put the PM SIM card there and see if it works. Just to confirm it is not the device issue

Has that phone recently worked for you ?
Have you tried shutting down phone..then restarting ?
Remove sim for a moment..then replace it and restart phone.

Texting? Mobile data? Make and model of phone? Maybe restart the phone. Any messages when you re-power up?
