How to activate my phone

@Jozefsolik    Were you porting over your number from another carrier?  Did you keep the SIM from the old carrier in your phone to respond with a YES to the porting authorization text within 90 minutes window?   The old account also needs to stay active until the porting is complete. 

 

If you missed the transfer text request, I'll private message you the Telus Porting Dept. # to call and they can ask your previous carrier to resubmit the transfer text, so keep their SIM in your phone until you've responded to it.  Please check your message box top right for the Telus porting #.

Is somebody still helping me?  No result with my activation problem

They took my money I can sign in my account but still no phone # transferred 

HI @Jozefsolik chexk your credit card to see if PM took money from you.  And if you activated,  you would have a login setup.  Can you login to PM My Account?

 

And us the PM sim card in a phone now? can you make calls??

open ticket with PM support and ask them to check it out.

When I try to activate the sim card I didn't have that code and now it tells me that I am with company but no activation on my phone

HI @Jozefsolik   are you trying to activate new PM account? or activate a phone?

 

if you are activating PM , do you have a new sim card yet?  Start with getting one from Telus or Koodo store

 

Once you got it , then you can activate by going to https://activate.publicmobile.ca

 

Also get a friend to give you a Friend referral code to save $10.  And possible another $25 for special friend bonus (not sure if it is a targeted offered or this bonus for all new activations)

You can get to the pic above by clicking on the activate tab at the top of your screen. Do you have your sim card already? Do you know what plan you want to go with. Are you porting over a number?

If you have PM SIM and activated account/service go to Sign In, My account and create self-serving account.
