I am seeing a new plan $23 per month for 6gb data, I want to switch to that. My subscription currently expired so can you help me with it?

Is your current plan more expensive than $23? As a "general rule", PM will not offer plans to an existing subscriber that is cheaper than their current plan.

What plan were you previously on? If it cost more than $23/month, it's unlikely that $23 plan will be available to you.

@Shafin02 If the plan you want doesn't show up when you look at "change subscription" when logged in to your account, then that plan is not available to you. If you didn't need to keep your number then you could sign up as a new customer and have access to different plans from those offered.

you can still check if the $23 plan is available on your My Account if you can login (I think you can). if you see the plan there, you can change to it
if it is not there, then sorry, you won't be able to

Yes it’s suspended for non-payment, it just expired yesterday. No, I want the same previous number

@Shafin02 When you say your subscription has expired, do you mean it's suspended for less than 90 days due to non-payment? Are you hoping to keep the same phone number?

Hello, this is a public forum so we cant do it for you but we can give you advice.
If it is offered to you while you are logged in (web browser or app) you can select to change to this plan, i recommend to select change on next renewal so that you dont waste any unused days on your plan.
If it is not showing while you are logged in, it is not offered to you, some plans are only offered to new activation users in which you would need to have a new account/sim/phone number to get.
