I am trying to set up an account for my business the account name is different then the credit card name. How do I purchase a plan? I also can't seem to go back and change the name

The account name does not have to match the credit card name. I have opened accounts in different family member's name and used my credit card to pay for it.
Also, it is possible to change the account name in "Account", "Manage Profile" at any time. I have changed the account name from a personal name to a company name and back again in the past. You just have to fit the company name in the First Name and Last Name boxes (for example "ABC Food" "Enterprises Ltd.".
You can always change the credit card at any time.
IMO, There is a greater risk that PM may not let you use the same email address a second time even if you close the first account.

Public Mobile doesn't compare the name on the Public Mobile account to the name of the credit card holder. Those don't need to match.

It makes no difference at all. Name is not part of the payment system security checks.

likely yes, but you might have to wait a day or two before you can reuse the same email address. Ask PM using the link I provided above
but honest, it is easier and quicker to just use another email address for a new account

Is there a way to delete the account then and I can start over? I don't want to use a different email.

PM is prepaid, so, account name is not that important, but should match the name on the credit card
can you create a new account using a different email address and start again using the name on the credit card as the name on this PM account?
