Subscription Change Issue

Im hoping someone can help me with a subscription change issue, as the screenshot below says I'm subscribed to the 100gb plan but on my app and desktop it says I'm still on the 30gb plan, even though it says the 100gb plan has been active since July 8th, any help would be appreciated thanks. public mobile.jpg

Have you used 30 GB yet? Public Mobile will not charge you extra. And no risk of going over as theydon't allow  that either. The  data would simply not work if you reached the original 30.

Check Usage Breakdown on the Overview page. It will give you a detail explanation of all your usage and availability of the service.

this could be just a browser cache problem.  Try using browser with incognito mode to check again

If you are using app, try to fully logout from the app and re-login.
