Im hoping someone can help me with a subscription change issue, as the screenshot below says I'm subscribed to the 100gb plan but on my app and desktop it says I'm still on the 30gb plan, even though it says the 100gb plan has been active since July ...
Ive just transferred my phone number over to the new SIM card. So far I can use data, send text, and make phone calls just fine but i cant receive calls . Also I have an Iphone XS Max can someone help me please
