Ive just transferred my phone number over to the new SIM card. So far I can use data, send text, and make phone calls just fine but i cant receive calls . Also I have an Iphone XS Max can someone help me please

.. and you cannot receive text (non iMessage text) as well?

Sounds like the number port didn't complete and you're using a different phone number. Best to contact customer support to get that resolved.

Did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply Yes within 90 mins?
and can you receive inbound phone calls, especially from Non-Telus/Koodo/PM phone? If you cannot the port was not done
