I can’t log in to pay bill

Help please! I can’t log in to pay bill. I forgot my password and changed it. Now the error says for security reasons I can’t sign in. I desperately need access to my phone number. I had to waste money buying a different phone number to login to work. I’m getting frustrated 😞
