Esim no service.

Afternoon, looking for help on redownloading the esim. Looks like i paid 2x for it and i have waited past 5 hours and no data or voice. (supposed to be free) no idea why i got another esim 🙂

I do not have a qr code to redownload the the esim, please help or i need to go back to my provider. 😞

DO NOT remove (delete) PM esim if it is there. 

even for other carrier's esims, better to disable and not delete

and if same, please submit ticket with PM agent as said in my earlier post

Thank you, i removed my Sim and still nothing. I think i will remove all esims and hope to scan a QR code some where again.

the esim probably is installed and just not configured properly

you might first make sure the old carrier sim is removed or disabled if it is an esim 

And Go to Settings-> Cellular or sim manager and make sure the Public Mobile esim is there and enabled (or Turn on this line option is enabled) and set as Primary. Then Reset Network Settings. 

In case you don't see a Publc Mobile esim there, check the Welcome email from PM and there is a QR code to scan and install the esim

Sorry i read to download esim again and clicked on getting another. I don't have a QR code to redownload.

did you pay 2x for the plan or for esim? did you try reset network settings?

if you need PM to help, open a ticket.    You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
