HI @Memereof5   You tried Forgot Password?   You can reset your password that way

 

If unable to reset it using the Forgot password, please open ticket with PM CS Agent.  

To open a ticket with PM Support: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. type: "Forgot log in information"
  2. Then Click "Contact Us"
  3. Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@Memereof5   If you need to pay urgently then get a voucher from one of the retailers like Canadian Tire, SDM or London Drugs or any of the gas stations or convenience stores and you'll be able to load the funds with the voucher PIN by dialing 611 on your phone.  Another option is to purchase a voucher from an online seller like recharge.com although there's a fee for the convenience.   This allows you more time to sort out the account access and add your payment card.

If you are still having trouble getting into your account and have been shut out for attempting to many times you cns open a ticket with an agent so that you can back into your account and then take the steps laid out above for your card.

Log in into your self-serving account. Enter new CC info exactly as they appear on statement. Do not include apartment # (if any) and remove space from postal code.

After entering new CC info without issues, good idea is to transfer $1 from new CC to your PM account to confirm everything is in order.

Hi, I am so frustrated as I cannot even get into my account and have updated the password several times now.

Log into self service and choose the Payment tab to add your new cc information.
