So when you log in it shows service is active?
Reboot and see what happens. Try turn on and off Airplane mode.
If no go, try resetting phone networks.
If still no go contact public mobile directly to inquire.

Do you see a pay and resume button or link?
If not, try the following:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
Load up funds equivalent to your plan cost and it should restart your service again

you need to make a payment after successful update of your credit card. the payment link is hard to find, please use this direct link to load enough money for renewal

@Kellybutt In your account payment page you can load funds to make manual payment , can load vouchers there also . Can but vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 / shell gas stations and also load the funds *611 to resume services right away
