Phone basically Act like brick. Had this happened few days ago and a signal phone call internet came back after a day. Now since yesterday no signal no phone call no Internet. I'm on 5G plan. Phone is 3G. Plz help!!!!! Thank you.

Thank you for ur response. I have and the final conclusion was to escalate it management level but I have not heard from them yet and still no phone service for which I am paying. Other than change phone providers don't know what to do

I have had the same issue since 2 weeks. No service .and I have done all that was suggested.,.. still no service

@VidaM When you say your phone is 3G do you mean that's all it can do, or that you have your settings option set to 3G?

@VidaM Can you try your SIM card in another phone to test ? Also can you confirm your account is active and not suspended ?
