Help!!!! No service Can't make phone calls phone have no signal as well no data!!!

Phone basically Act like brick. Had this happened few days ago and a signal phone call internet came back after a day.  Now since yesterday no signal no phone call no Internet.   I'm on 5G plan. Phone is 3G. Plz help!!!!! Thank you.
