Hello I trued about 7 months ago to get a piblic mobile plan on my phone back then i couldnt download my esim for some reason and only now realize i have been getting charged every month for a service i wasnt using. Now i cant sign in to my account because they are sending a code to the number i got when i first tried. I am not using that number though so i can not get the code. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank yoi to every one for your advice. I am not sure why this is happening but when i try to message CS_Agent it says this service is unavailable.

Im sorry to hear you've been getting charged without actually using the service, i would definitely give PM a message and ask them to refund you, or give you the credit to your account so you can use it going forward, you can message them here:

so, you can't download the esim 7 months ago and you gave up?

if you don't need this account or number any more, just message support agent and ask them to remove the credit card from the account

if you're interested in "test driving" Public Mobile...ask the Customer Support folks to credit your account for the time you've been charged and activate your new PM account. Perhaps they'll credit you the time you were charged and you'll get several months service in lieu of a refund. Worth asking anyhow.
