I broke my sim card trying to get it out of my old phone. I want to get my old number put on an esim for my new phone. How can I do this? Thanks

You’re obviously able to log in to your account since you’re posting this question. Just go to your plan page and under profile select change sim and just follow the prompts. If you encounter problems then just contact PM customer support as others have suggested.

hi @Wendi78
if you can login PM app using email to receive 2fa , then you can simply log in the app and buy esim from Account page on the app
but if you are unable to login , then message support and ask them help

@Wendi78 Just log into your account on the PM app account page buy eSIM and you will keep your same phone number and plan
notice “purchase SIM card “ tap it and choose eSIM
