My friend lost his phone and SIM card, so he cannot log into his account. He bought a new Publik Mobile SIM card. How can he make it work with his phone number?

Once he has access to his account on the PM app by having the 2FA code sent to his email. He will need to be on the Account tab then to Change Your SIM Card so everything in his account will be transferred to the new SIM.

@Nadam Login normally. When you get to the enter code screen, click on "Didn't get the code" link. It will then give you an option to receive the authentication code on your email. Once you login, update the SIM card number.
