I have tried for 2 days to get my payment through. My payment method has not changed and everything looks good but public mobile sent me a text saying my account is on hold for payment. They say to update my payment details. My info has not changed and also it will not let me my credit card number , anyone able to help

@gregbear @ wrotewhen i tried to pay again right now, it says "sorry we are not able to process your payment at this time, please try again later" my payment info has not changed and it has been working for years and it is up to date
If you don't have any other payment method, you might want to reach out to PM CS_Agent to see what is wrong with your current payment method.

@gregbear Did you change your address? Does the same card work anywhere else? Try using incognito or private browsing mode to make or update your payment details and see if that helps.
