Hi i was transferring my number from rogers to a new public mobile account. It turns out it did not complete rogers says the number transfer did not work because they did not get a response from the text they sent out. how do i request another number transfer?

Put the old sim in a phone and reply to the text.

no worry, there is a team you can call and talk to live support to re-trigger the Rogers text. I will message you the phone number. Please check your Community inbox, envelope icon on top right
