Overpaid and account on hold

Hi, On July 10th I was charged $32, I upgraded my plan on July 13th and was charged full $37 rather than the difference of $5. I would like that credited to my account. I’ve  been billed every month since then, rather than correcting the error. My account is currently suspended, if u can kindly credit my account.

If you upgraded your regular plan and opted to have the change applied immediately, you paid the full price of new plan and forfeited whatever was your old plan...there's no pro-rating or refunds of plans. In the future if you wanna change plans...make sure to select Change on Renewal.

please use this link to load funds and trigger the renewal, you can also buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 / shell gas station and load funds *611 to resume services right away also @Sarahabcd
