My Canadian tire master card was placed on hold for no reason and this caused the Public mobile payment to be missed. I would like to know when Puplic mobile tries to get its payment and it is missed does it retry and if so what is the interval?
I logged into my Public mobile account and clicked on make payment to reactivate.

@CellphoneuserP1 , if your account is suspended just do a top up and reactivate it. There are no penalties for prepaid service going into suspension.

once payment is missed, you have to make a manual payment yourself. Please use this link

Public Mobile will not try again. Payment needs to be made manually.

I don't think that Public mobile will retry to bill again. It is then the customer responsibility to add funds to their account to get their account activated.
